Point of Departure-Monkey Nerve

Point of Departure is an ongoing experiment to try to make different kinds of instrumental music by reinterpreting and redefining world view forms with unique instrumentation and an eye toward inventions in an improvise "fugue" format.
Monkey Nerve is both overdubbed tracks and one-off live tracks with or without electronic percussion created solely with acoustic guitars with effects, bass and world beat drum machine parts.
